When a company is understaffed, or more importantly, when its key positions remain unfilled, progress takes a back seat to procurement - in spite of the course you've charted. And nothing is more frustrating, whether you're the CEO or an HR administrator, than having to dedicate limited resources to the time-consuming process of locating, evaluating, screening, and interviewing key personnel. Research America can help.
